As a Spray Booth Operative, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our powder booth. Your role encompasses ensuring the efficient and precise functioning of the plant, from the initial setup and monitoring of the booth to executing colour changes, conducting quality assessments to minimize waste, and completing the necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Comprehensive setup and continuous monitoring of the spray booth, including the accurate execution of colour changes in adherence to established standard operating procedures and quality protocols.

Analyse technical and quality issues related to the process or product and promptly implement effective solutions.

Efficiently schedule work tasks to maximize productivity while meeting quality requirements.

Thoroughly complete all relevant paperwork in alignment with the established processes.

Monitor and conduct stock control transactions for paint powder and consumable items using the ERP system.

Comply with employment regulations, encompassing health and safety, data protection, and equal opportunities, ensuring strict adherence to local policies and procedures.
