This is a full-time role Monday – Friday 8am – 3.40pm.

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable individual looking to gain experience of sales and office administration. If you have an interest in working for a small, fast paced organisation then we would love to hear from you.

As a Sales Administrative Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales team operations. Responsibilities will be to provide administrative support within our sales team department, as well as our candidate team. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

● Provide administrative support to the sales and admin team.

● Build and maintain relationships with clients

● Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, to generate new leads and convert them into paying customers.

● Perform data entry and update records as needed.

● Manage and maintain sales executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimise their time and ensure they meet their sales targets.

● Handle the input, update, and maintenance of customer information and sales activity into the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.

● Prepare and analyse sales reports and dashboards, highlighting key performance indicators and trends to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.

● Generate reports as requested.

● Communicate course details and funding options with candidates.

● Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.

● Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● People orientated and approachable.

● Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word in particular).

Education:

● Bachelor’s (required)

● Administration: 1 year (required)
