Links Recruitment Group are seeking Production Operatives to work for our client based in Aberaman. This role is ongoing work and full-time hours.

Position:

• Working on a production line, operating machinery
• Packing finished products
• Quality inspection
• Palletising products ready for dispatch
• Ensuring working environment is in excellent operational order and that the Health & Safety requirements of the Company are always met. Identifying any potential safety issues.
• Practice good housekeeping to maintain the quality of materials and a safe working environment.

You will need to meet the following requirements:

• Experience in working within a production/ warehouse environment.
• Reliable
• Team Player
• Hard Worker

Working Hours:

• Shift Pattern – 3 week rolling rota of days, nights, and afternoons
• Days – 07:00–15:00
• Nights 23:00–07:00
• Afternoons 15:00-23:00

Pay Rates –

• £11.56
• £250 – Plus monthly bonus.
