In this role, you will be working with the Head of Operations you will be responsible for managing the flow of information both internally and externally for the company. You will advise on key communication messages to and for engaging with our stakeholders, partners, and investors, ensuring brand confidence and reputation. A key aspect of this role is the oversight, development, and delivery of both our new and emerging communication and stakeholder strategies and our website.

Your duties will include:

· Working with the Head of Operations to implement the new communication and stakeholder strategies, developing action plans and KPI’s and using market research and feedback to inform the further development of these ensuring key linkages to both the Business and Masterplans

· Oversee and content manage the new company website

· Write and content manage a social media action plan, working with the internal CCR Energy team to ensure effectiveness in implementation

· Develop and analyse a communication performance matrix and provide advice and support to inform Management team decision making and risk management

· Devise and produce communication reports to meet the needs of the business

· Manage the CCR Energy Communications relationship with stakeholders, investors, partners, and the media

· Work with colleagues to identify opportunities to raise the profile of the company within their work programme

The Person:

· Analytical thinker

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· General administrative skills

· Managed and delivered successful communication programmes

· Managed relationships with a broad spectrum of partners, stakeholders, and the media

· Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced and changing environment

· Knowledge of GDPR and data

Salary: £30,000

Role: Office based & hybrid working

Hours: 37 hour (Permanent Contract)
