Lloyd Celebrates A LINKS Milestone
This week we are celebrating Lloyd’s incredible milestone with LINKS. Lloyd has been with the business for 4 years and being such a huge part of the LINKS family – we don’t know what we would do without him!
Looking back at his journey with us, Lloyd was LINKS’s first staff member alongside Dan and Tiff when the business was set up in 2017.
From an office for 3 people, to a state-of-the-art HQ and huge growth – Lloyd has been through it all with LINKS.
Not only has he experienced the major growth of the business, but also in his individual career journey. Starting as a trainee recruitment consultant, he’s climbed the ladder during this period and has recently been promoted to Continuous Improvement Manager.
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, Lloyd implements systems and processes internally. He’s excellent at training internal staff and external clients on these systems.
He said; “It has been great to experience the progression with myself and LINKS over the last 4 years, it is truly amazing to reflect on how far we have come. LINKS continuous investments in market-leading technologies allows me to ensure LINKS remain the very best at what we do. From just 3 of us, to now, it really is a pleasure to walk in every day to a passionate and hardworking team, who are also a great bunch of people! Thank you All!”

An absolute gentleman to work with every day, we would be lost without him, his knowledge, expert training and Dad jokes..!
